Probably from only baking Cookie Recipes that strongly appeal to me, I no longer have Favorites (my portfolio of Recipes is now approaching 100).  However, I tend to prefer Cookies that have some "crunch"​​ and are not too "cakey."

In most Recipes you can slightly overbake a Cookie to add additional "crunch."  These Cookies maximize the "crunch" while not overbaking.
