Soft Cheese Cookies
​​Soft Cheeses seem a little odd for Cookie ingredients, but they do work! Soft Cheese makes a Cookie softer, creamier, moister, and adds a little tang. The Cookies also don't spread as much, so are thicker and puffier.
I do need to experiment with Cheese in more of my Recipes and add a "Basic Soft Cheese Recipe." Getting the Fats to Sugar and Flour ratios right will require extensive taste testing. ....And failures that need to stay Home for consumption. Shucks!
